Michelle is the founder of The Abundant Heart Therapies and is a licensed occupational therapist who splits her time between Michigan and Florida. She is a practicing mind-body therapist, Myofascial Release practitioner, life coach, tantric practitioner, and fitness enthusiast who helps people learn to life live to the fullest.
Michelle is first and foremost a human being that strives to ensure that everyone she meets feels listened to, connected with, cared for, valued, and empowered.
She believes in supporting, inspiring, motivating, and nurturing people into a state of being that allows for abundance in health, relationships, mindset, work, and daily life.
Michelle ensures that her clients receive the highest quality care and treatment that she is capable of providing. She provides opportunities for her clients to heal, grow, and to be transformed.
MICHELLE'S BACKGROUND
Michelle is a licensed and registered occupational therapist in the state of Michigan and Florida. She holds a master's degree from Western Michigan University in occupational therapy. She is also a certified life coach, myofascial release practitioner, pelvic health therapist, and tantric practitioner. Michelle has over 15 years of experience working with people of all different ages, backgrounds, health conditions, and lifestyles. Michelle has helped individuals overcome countless forms pain and dysfunction. She has managed transition homes for women experiencing trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. Michelle has directed therapy programs for mental health and substance abuse units in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. She has worked in hospital and therapy clinic settings, helping people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, mental health challenges, neurological impairments, developmental disabilities, injuries, pain, and addiction.
Michelle's greatest passion in life is empowering others to realize their greatest potential, help them to remove barriers and roadblocks in their lives, and to show them the kind of love, care, compassion, and attention that she feels everyone desires and deserves. She has witnessed first hand how lives can be transformed once someone realizes how powerful they really are.
